SRI SRI RADHA VRINDABAN CHANDRA AND SRILA PRABHUPADA CORDIALLY INVITE YOU
FOR A SUMMER OF SPECIAL EVENTS AND FESTIVALS
New Vrindaban is again becoming a part of ISKCON thanks to the mercy of
Srila Prabhupada, and our business is to serve the Vaisnavas in the Holy
Dhama. The following is a calendar of holy events that will take place
this summer. Please plan your schedule to attend as many festivals as
possible.

May 13 (Saturday) Nrisimacaturdasi: Appearance Day Festival of Lord

May 19-21 (Fri.-Sun.) Victoria Day (All Canada Day) Weekend
May 26-29 (Fri.-Mon.) Festival of India (Memorial Day Weekend)
June 10,11 (Sat.-Sun.) Snana-yatra of Lord Jagannatha and Festival.
June 30-July 4 (Fri.-Tues.) Fourth of July Festival
July 7-9 (Fri.-Sun.) Gurukula Renunion and Ratha Yatra of Lord Jagannatha
(July 9th)
July 17-23 (Mon.-Sun.) New Vrindavana First Institute of Vaishnava
Studies.
July 21-23 New Vrindavana devotee Reunion (Invitation to all former
residents of New Vrindavana.)
August 4-14 Summer Retreat with special guests Hridayananda Goswami,
Sadaputa dasa, and Ray Cappo (Raghunatha dasa) of Shelter.
August 10 (Thursday) Appearance day festival of Lord Balarama. (Fasting
till noon)
August 18 (Friday) Sri Krishna Janmastami. Appearance day of Lord Krishna
(Fasting till Midnight)
August 19 (Saturday) Srila Prabhupada's Vyasa-puja. The appearance day of
His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. (Fasting till noon)
August 26,27 (Sat., Sun.) Parents Day Weekend - Devotees invite their
parents and relatives.
September 2 (Saturday) Radhastami. The appearance day of Srimati
Radharani. (Fasting till noon)
September 2-4 (Sat.-Mon.) Labor day festival.

Near Wheeling WV:
>From I-70 take the Wheeling bypass (I-470). Get off at Exit 2 (Bethlehem)
follow road South to intersection with Rt 88 (Farm Fresh store at corner).
Turning right, take Rt 88 South until it ends (about 8-1/2 miles). Turn
left, follow Rt 250 South about 1-1/2 miles til youpass between 2 small
convenient stores (Whipkey's & Kinsey's). Take left at road about 200
yards past these stores (Limestone Ridge Rd). Stay to left and follow
signs to the Palace of Gold (about 4 miles). Temple is just down the hill
past the Palace (take left fork to parking lot).
