I have following two questions, if any one can help me out

1.	Does any one know where can I find a copy of our ancient scripture
	"MANU SMRITI"

2.	A friend of mine was writing a paper on Hinduism and stated that
	women are considered to be the one who leads everybody for
	Moksha (liberation).
	Is this true or not?
	Please explain your answer and if possible please provide the
	reference other wise her paper will not be accepted.
