I have read the letter written to the CNN by one of the usenet readers,
who posted a copy in this group. It seems to me that the remark on the cow
from a CNN reporter is getting more attention than it should. A light hearted
comment should be taken in the right vein and laughed at. Several cultures
have distinct features which are mocked at by other cultures. The holy cow
happens to be one such and a light hearted quip about that should be understood
as just that and preferably help you smile too. If it fails to do that,
I have one suggestion, lighted up!
