"Polemics" in this line have been part of our sampradaya tradition
for the past 700 or more years. Sripada Madhvacarya wrote a treatise
detailing, fault, by fault, the problems with mayavad (advaita). This
style of writing was continued by Jayatirtha and Vyasatirtha, and many
of the same analogies that they used are still used today to show the
pointlessness of advaita. I don't think you read ARV, but there was an
example posted there that Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati once made a
mayavadi eat rotten mangoes until the guy would admit that it was
_not_ all one.

WHO HAS SAID THAT? I challenge you to post a single message from
all the alt.hindu archives that said such a thing, and was written
by an ISKCON supporter. We accept several Vaisnava sampradayas. Any
other position would be quite nonsensical, since our parampara gurus
were not members of ISKCON (since it didn't yet exist). So, don't open
your mouth unless you can back up your claims.
