Rama is the Supreme, naturally, since Rama is non-different from
Krishna. The same could be said of Narayana, Vishnu, Balarama, etc.

Please cite a specific example from the Valmiki Ramayana in which
this takes place. Many people say that Rama ate meat but I have yet
to see a verse that actually says this. 

As further evidence, note that although there are thousands of Vaisnava
temples of Lord Rama in India there is not a single one in which meat
is offered to Lord Rama.
