Wow, I didn't know that was by Sankaracarya! What does the rest
of the Acyutastaka sound like? This mantra that you listed is commonly
sung at the end of the arati in many temples in Maharastra, followed
by "Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare"
(which you address below)
Even at the famous Siddhivinayak (Ganapati) temple in Bombay they chant
those mantras.
