Here is an excellent one. You can say it aloud or silently (better aloud),
before eating, after eating, during eating, before sleep, after waking up,
on the bus to work, etc. You can say it before brushing your teeth, before
bathing, while bathing, after bathing, whatever -- in the city, in the forest,
under a banyan tree, near a tulasi plant, in a Vishnu temple, in a Shiva
temple, in a church, in a river... [I think I have actually tried every one
of the above]
