I think the attitude ought to be " I am glad India is more than willing to
be open to the fast foods, let's make sure that it will also be good to
our ecology and our people."
Progression in civilization is irreversible with an exception to a few
nations, all countries in the world are following the material
civilization of the US, like it or not.... our forefathers in India
thought that walking barefoot was natural... there was resistance for
everythinbg..... every thing that was looked down has become the fabric of
India and other nations.... the progression is natural with material
acqusitions... those who have plenty and those who do not have any, always
curse material acquisitions... but an overwhelming majority just may pay
the lip service but are bent on acquisitions....
Fast food will be there, if not today, tomorrow. Like all things, we
Indians may be 30 or 40 years behind... but the gap is reducing on an
accelerating basis....
You are taking the lead in balancing it out.. and I admire you for the
same. Go for it with a positive attitude.
