Jaya Sri Hanumanji!
Just a small contribution here. When I briefly traveled to India,
I saw in many of the taxis a picture of Hanuman. Interpreting that
Hanuman was responsible for protecting Arjuna's chariot, I figured that
Hanuman also helped the travelling taxi-wallahs and their passengers.
When I came back to the U.S., whenever I had to rush off in a hurry
in my car, or if I had to get from point A to point B in an impossibly
short amount of time, I'd scream out "Jaya Hanumanji! Jaya Hanumanji!"
and race like hell in an ecstatic frenzy, hoping that Hanuman would
protect me. And when the ride was over, again "Jaya Hanumanji!"
