re:Hinuism outside India



As a non-Indian, I am eternally greatful to great masters like Swami
Chinmayananda who brought the timeless message of Vedanta to the West
and made it accessible to all. For those Indians whose children seem to
be rebelling against the traditional values, you might bring to their
attention the vast number of westerners who have embraced many forms of
yogic practice because western materialistic values have been found
wanting. It was certainly true for me. But one must keep in mind,
dhildren immitate what their parents do, not what they say. The
pareants must practice these values not just talk about them.
