: A number of multi-national fast food chains including McDonalds,

: We would particularly like to have information on the nutritional

It is interesting that you are so concerned about additives in fast
food. After getting extemeley sick in Benares in Febuary I was told by a
doctor to eat at Wimpys Hamburger(a giant fast food chain based in th UK)
when I got to New Delhi. The reason for this recomondation was that Wimpy
recognizes the importance of a clean kitchen for food preperation.
Something rarely taken into consideration any where else in India. None
the less congratulations on researching the enviromental impacts, there
will certainlly be some. Unfortunatley, from what I've seen of India, the
results of your research will fall on deaf ears. There's much money
involved in these business deals and money is the bottom line.( Bhopal??)
Good Luck,
J
