WASHINGTON - A US Republican Party task force report, while revealing that

Pakistan assembled at least one nuclear weapon in 1990, has warned against
Islamabad's new "Assertive regional strategy" built on the perceived role of
nuclear weapons in the Kashmir crisis. The report dealing with terrorism and
unconventional warfare, accuses Pakistan and Iran of sponsoring terrorism
in the Kashmir valley.
