FeedbackkAnuDo mAgyo de [This is a popular old bhajan in the vernacular Gujarati of Saurashtra. Imagine this: Knowing that the cowboy son of Yashoda in Vraja is Bhagavan Himself, a large number of Saurashtra shepherds, milkmen, milkmaids, peasants, and other bhaktas walked several days all the way to Vraja. Next evening when Yashoda is sending his beloved cowboy son Krishna to go to bed, this huge crowd, all dressed in their traditional clothes, comes at her door and makes a request to her by singing this song while playing many large cymbals along rhythmically in unison. They have given Krishna a cute nickname, kAnuDo.]

TRANSLATION: The best among men, the Lord of all, Kanudo is our life.[O people,] Always keep His lotus feet in your hearts and minds. This also means the composer of this bhajan, Purushottam Das, says that Kanudo is our life. [O Devotees,] always keep His lotus feet in your heart and mind.
