Intro Talk on Healing Breath(Sudharshan Kriya) at College Park




Skillful use of the BREATH can have profound effect on MIND. It also releases
STRESS and TOXINS stored in the body and restores the natural rhythm 
of mental, emotional and physical states.

        What does it mean to live one's life as an Art?

To varying degrees each of us incurs the stress and tension of
today's fast moving high-tech society. The healthy coordination
of body, mind, and breath becomes fragmented--out of sync, 
out of balance.  We find that fatigue, anxiety, and restlessness 
have somehow become our daily experience. Fear, anger, and other
polluting emotions get stored as toxins in every cell of our being.

The Healing Breath Workshop is a weekend of personal experience
and profound knowledge to regain your joy and develop your full
potential of life.  Key processes help you go beyond mere concepts 
to reconnect you with the depths of your innermost being.  You 
become renewed physically, mentally, and emotionally.

At the heart of the Healing Breath Workshop is a technique, 
Sudharshan Kriya, which uses the breath to restore harmony to 
body, mind, and spirit. Sudharshan Kriya fully oxygenates the 
cells, flushing out physical and emotional toxins.  The system is 
flooded with vital life energy.  Joy wells up inside and life 
is rediscovered as fulfilling.

After you take the Healing Breath Workshop course, you may
 practice this technique at home on your own.  Just a few 
minutes daily removes the static "noise" from the mind, 
giving calmness, and serenity.  You grow to enjoy and
appreciate life in fullness and completeness--right now--in 
the present moment.
