Help Is Needed To Preserve Swami Vivekananda's Legacy at Ridgely Manor
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Swami Vivekananda spent more time at Ridgely Manor more than any other
residence in America. The 85-acre Ridgely estate in Kingston, N. Y.,
100 miles north of N.Y.C. The Manor house is still the same as in
Swamiji's time containing memorabilia of his.
The purchase of Ridgely is being negotiated on behalf of all admirers
and devotees of Swami Vivekananda, and is on option contract until the
end of this year by Sri Sarada Society Inc., a nonprofit organization
based in New York State. To be able to enter into a purchase agreement, Sri
Sarada Society must raise at least $500,000 in cash and pledged donations.
Time is running out! All donations made towards the purchase of
Ridgely Manor are tax-deductible. Checks should be made payable to Sri Sarada
Society, Inc.
If you would like to learn more about Sri Sarada Society or Ridgely
Manor, make a donation, or assist with this project in any way, please
E-mail: srisarada@aol.com
Or write: Sri Sarada Society, P.O. Box 254, Selkirk, N.Y. 12158
Thank you for your support.
