Re: BRIDE BURNING IN INDIA: A SHAME FOR HINDUISM: ACT NOW
As an addendum to my previous post, I will just re-iterate that evils
like bride burning would only increase with time, if our intelligensia
continues to ignore basic issues like greed and the lure of quick money.
It may be that strong legislation and implementation may curb this evil
to a large extent, but if we are not able to succumb pressures of greed,
we as a society will definitely find other ways to oppress others with an
aim to get rich quickly.
