Dear reader,
A student of Social Anthropology I know, would like to
collect all possible information related to DANDA NETI,
which, as far as I understand from his explanation,
is a traditional Hindu legal system. He is interested
in the old traditional procedures, as well as in the
way it interacts with modern judicial systems. (He has a
special interest in Gujarat). All references to
literature, but also personal experiences (e.g. with
litigation) are most welcome.
