Please note that the articles are always posted in the order I receive
them. I do not change the order in which the articles are received at all.
I read my messages using pine as a mail reader, the articles are stored
in the order received and posted using the script used by many other
moderators (I got it from the moderators's mailing list), which also,
does not change the order of articles.
I have noticed that many people have been posting the articles on
news.groups and submiting the same articles separately to SRH as a mail
or CC. This could be one of the reasons why the articles are out of
sync, since the articles submitted as news items may take longer to reach
than mail messages.
I am not sure if the geographical time differences are also causing
incorrect ordering of messages within pine mail reader.

I will try to look into the problem, but because of the re-org RFD related
discussion occupying most of my spare time which would have been utilized
for constructive endevours like this, I cannot gaurantee any immediate
resolution to this problem
I am sure that you and other netters will overlook this minor
inconvenience in the mean time
