separation of political articles is good for every one, since most
of the browsers of srh come here for discussion about dharma. or
learning about spirituality, or academic debates and discussion on
aspects of hinduism and scriptures. all routine posts, call-for-actions
politics should be out of srh. please watch srs and srv to get a
feeling of how a religious group *ought* to function free of
politics. no complaints about email spams, velveticas, no calls
for action, no calls for committed "vote banks" for sinster designs
etc.
for politics better to have an *unmoderated* group.
anyway, your opinion that you have not encountered political
articles is *contradicted* by the several posts.
the following excerpts might help. [the two excerpts below are
probably *not* related posts, but both highlight the *existence*
of unwanted posts]. these posts i guess are from from a periods
much before RFD was issued.

Agreed! With that in mind, let us first of all cleanse SRH by removing all
petty political posts from it. You know the ones I'm talking about, like
"Hindu Holocaust Day" (which was, thankfully, satired by Mani in "Dalit
Holocaust Day") and other such propaganda posts which only seek to rile
masses into an anti-Muslim or anti-Pakistan frenzy (or perhaps anti-Angreji
also, who knows).

I have rejected articles from all concerned in the debates that you have
referred to. They can all (including you) attest to that fact. But when
I can posts such as the following, my claim to fairness is vindicated.
