Savio :-D I think you missed the humour here ... I roared with laughter,
it was so clever. Vijay was actually supporting and exalting the final
conclusion of the Bhagavad-gita (which I quote in my sigspam).
While I loved it, I think it may be incorrect in saying that 'Modern'
science had not yet learned about 'Giving up all other dharmas (religious
processes) and just surrendering to the Lord'.
Lord Jesus of Christianity fame instructed about the Kingdom of God
saying something like: The Kingdom of God is like a man finding a great
jewel in a field and then spending all that he has to obtain that property.
He also spoke of the lilies of the field who do not spin or toil, yet
look so very radiant. And of course: "Thy will be done, on earth as it is
in heaven". And the greatest: "Be still and know that I am God".
There are likely many many more similar pleas for our surrender in other
places in the Bible, Koran, etc. Would have to be, right?
Surely we do not want to be still wrangling with words on our deathbeds!
