WWW : Website for excellent meditation tapes
I have been enjoying reading your posts recently. Interesting
information. I have recently gotten more involved in learning more about
the eastern religions, and I've been studying this area in depth.
One of my friends has produced numerous meditation tapes that I think
many of you might find of interest. They are designed for self-healing,
spiritual development and one regarding sports psychology. Ron Mann,
Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, has an interesting website at
http:/www.ronmann.com. Some of his tape titles are: Inspiration for
Meditation, Zen Meditation, Om Mani Padme Hum, Jai Ram Sri Ram, Healing
in the Light, Soul Journey, and many more. There is much more at Dr.
Mann's site, too, such as an upcoming retreat in Hawaii centered on
personal, psychological and spiritual development, his psychological
services via e-mail (or through his office or phone appointments), and
excerpts from his forthcoming book, "Healing: When Psychotherapy is
Sacred." Right now he has an excerpt regarding the Bhagavad Gita that I
think you would enjoy checking out.
