Well yes they do Vivek, actually. One's hat cannot be so large to as to
block the view of the people behind them. One's belt-buckle cannot set
off metal detectors. And one cannot wear stirrups in cities because its
considered a form of body armour. While monster-trucks are allows, the
owner of a monster truck cannot also be the owner of the tires.
