Glad you can tell the difference. However, given the difference, why
do you choose to ignore or deride legitimate criticism by pointing to
hooliganism?

I find it difficult to understand that a single murder or rape is
going to bring the edifice of human society down. It is laughable
that law-enforcement agencies are so insecure about their societies
that they react to every single offence.

If that is so, then by the same general rule, it is not the rape which
debases a woman, but only her childish reaction to it. Rape victims
should learn to take these things in their stride.
