NEWS : Sabarimala Temple To Open On Nov 15

The Sabarimala Ayyappa shrine will open on Nov 15 for the
Mandala puja season. The 10-day temple festival will begin on
Dec 6 and conclude on Dec 15. Meanwhile, a division bench of the
Kerala High Court in Kochi has approved different alternative
traffic routes to Sabarimala, as suggested by a meeting of the
Government Departments and the Travancore Devaswom Board. The HC
has ordered that the information about the different routes
should be published in local newspapers. It has asked the Board
to put up signboards showing the different routes to Sabarimala
at temple premises like Guruvayoor.
