REQUEST: Diacritical and swara marks

I am looking for PC software in Windows/DOS that
puts diacritical marks and swara marks (i.e. chant marks)
on Sanskrit text transliterated into English. I would also
like to know if there is software that puts swara marks on
Sanskrit text.

Any help is gratefully appreciated.
