I do not mean that. If you notice, cloud is a manifestation of
water, but contains other particles as well to make it distinguish
from water. Here, if I understand your question right, you are not
using the word Athma not to mean Brahm. In that case, water will
refer to the Athman, and the other particles that makes the
cloud look differently from water resembles the human body.
