Administrivia: Explanation for Rejecting Two Articles
Namaskar,
My general article acceptance policy has been very consistent. We do not
allow articles containing personal attacks.
Yesterday, after considerable thinking I have had to reject two articles
(one each) on the threads :
Re: What is Maayaavaadam? (Shree H. K. Susrala)
Re: Animal-killing and Soul-merging condemned (Shree Ramakrishnan
Balasubramanian)
both the articles were rejected because they contained personal attacks
May I urge everyone involved in the debate on this thread to exercise
self-moderation. I sincerely believe that this newsgroup can be a powerful
vehicle for learning and understanding of Hindu dharma. If it is reduced
to petty personality conflicts all of us will lose.
I hope that most of the nettors will see these rejections in this light,
and support this moderation decision.
