Dasa Avataras are only 10 major avataras. There have been, as mentioned in
Bhagavatam and Geeta many forms that the lord has taken from time to time. 
As said in Geeta, the lord manifests Himself whenever there is decline in
Dharma and increase in Adharma. Now we can't say that since the beginning of 
this universe there were only 10 instances of this!!!
