Re: Administrivia: Explanation for Rejecting Two Articles
Namaskar,
At the cost of taking up the band width, since it is my policy to
moderate the newsgroup as publicly as possible, I am posting this
message. I hope that this will clear up any misunderstanding..

1. Until today Only one post each,
one from Ramakrishan Balasubramanianji
on : What Is Maayaavaadam?
And one from HK Susrala ji on the topic :
Animal Killing and Soul Merging...
were rejected. If any more postings have been sent and not accepted, I
request re-submission. All the received/accepted postings have been
posted. If there is any misunderstanding, my apoliogies.
2. Threads (both) had become offensive. And, as a moderator, it is my
responsibility to reject the posts that contribute even more to the
deterioration of the threads.
Suffice it to say that there were personal attacks from all the parties
involved, and as a moderator, it is my responsibility to put an end to
posts containing personal attacks.

It was a nicer way to say that the post was not acceptable in its given
form. I will be more explicit in the future...

PS: Please note that I could merely send rejection note to the poster,
but I am posting this to give readers an opportunity to observe the
moderation process.
