Re: Sai Baba and God

thank you...I must say, there may be other persons I see God in..
I guess we all have a different view as to what God is..For me, if
God is on earth and he wants everyone to know that, Imho he will do so
in such a manner that there is no doubt about it...maybe that is a bit
too much to ask...maybe not...

No I do not, I think in the end, it does not really matter what you
focus on, a statue or a person (or something else), I always think of
reaching God from within oneself, so it is mainly your thought that really
counts....
Really, what bothered me is the opposition: I am God/I am not...if
he would just have said he is God..well, fine with me..wether I would
believe that or not...but since he also said the opposite, something
inside me is having a problem with that..I guess it's just me, but I am
not used to this kind of claims...that's really all...

Thank you...I did not write the msg because I am searching for God though..
(not that I didn't at some time)
I agree completely with you!

This happened at my home aswell...I think they were wrong...they
couldn't (can't) come up with any good explanation. Fraud ? well, where
did they find something inside/under/near a statue that could
"swallow" milk ? And the "it's the material" thing...ah yes, that's the
definite proof it is something normal, nothing special, after all,
marble, plastic, copper statues of Ganesha, Krishna, Radha or just
an elephant "drink" milk when you give some right ? ;-)

I'll take your word for it :-)...I do not know what Thaipusam nor the
Kavadi bearers are..sorry..I must say, you do not have to prove it to me
indeed, yet I am always curious to hearing such experiences, maybe you
would like to tell about it to me in E-mail ?
(I will not bring it in public as some other people seem to do sometimes
But I really like/love such experciences..)
