I suppose I must be one of those not fortunate enough to understand
Hindi (which language I assume the post was in). Perhpas the post is
not relevant to me so I am meant to ignore it.
Just a thought... would a separate newsgroup be appropriate for
non-english posts? How many such groups would be needed?
