SRH Administrivia : Note About Posting Articles from Other...

Please note that there is a very consistent policy about
accepting/posting articles that have been forwarded from someone
else/some other newsgroups on Soc.Religion.Hindu
If the article contain announcements/printed articles (from
newspapers, magazines etc.) or newsitems they are accepted for posting.
(The poster assumes all the copyright responsibilities)
If the article is posted from another newsgroup, we request that the
original author provide a consent to post it to Soc.Religion.Hindu, or
post it to this newsgroup himself/herself. The consent could be in the
form of a simple e-mail. This is consistent with nettiquette as I have
understood it for past several years.
Please note that the intention is not to be unfair and reject the
articles, but to make sure that the original author's rights are
respected, and he/she has a say in what newsgroups the articles appear
