Gary's article is dated March 1, 1996. This suggests that he had
stopped offering milk to Lord Krsna from about the end of August1995.

Lord Ganesha drank the milk in September 1995. So the response to
Gary's inattention was almost immediate.

For his own mysterious reasons Lord Krsna opted to use the Ganesha
form to steal the milk (except that it was being offered specifically
and not being stolen while left around for other purposes. Gary, why
did you choose the 'steal' description?). He also used other forms but
his preferred form was Ganesh.

But in his Ganesha form, his thirst was satisfied in just over a week,
almost six months ago. He stopped drinking in practically all of the
reported locations. So his acceptance of the milk from Gary seems to
indicate a special relationship. Perhaps it took him 6 months to
forgive Gary. (I don't think Gary meant 'forget')

Yes I should think His thirst is quite quenched now. BTW were you
frightened, Gary? I was not, nor were many others whom I know who had
the opportunity to feed Him.

But then I accept the Lord in all of His forms. That He should choose
Ganesha to visit us would not upset me.

Surely He does. Without us, He does not exist!

Peace.
