i agree and would like to add that perhaps we should not read the Gita in
its most literal sense; but more to comprehend the underlining
philosophies embedded within the verses. i believe the two
aforementioned quotes to be depictions of the power, mysticism, and
greatness of God; science need not be applied to these verses if one can
construe the actual meaning of Lord Krishna's words.
