Hallo there ...
Can anyone help me about  information on New Year (Caka/Icaka Year)
celebration  in India ?

In Bali, this New Year (ICaka 1918, I supposed), was celebrated
on March the 21st 1996, the day is called NYEPI (silent day).
Is there any such celebration in India or else where ?
