I haven't read the shiva gita. But here is what I found in my
library's catalog.

Title: Sivag it a / Jv al apras adami srak rtabh a s a t ik asamala
                  nk rt a.
Publisher: Bamba i : Lak sm ive nka te svara S t im-Presa, [1985]
Description: 272 p. ; 17 cm.

Notes: In Sanskrit; translation and introd. in Hindi.
                Reprint.

Language: Hindi.

Other entries: Mi sra, Jv al apras ada, b. 1862.

If it is from padma puraNa, then an unabridged copy translated in
English has been published by Motilal and is available in the South Asia
Bookstore in US {they even have e-mail and are on WWW !!}. I think the
whole purana is in 4 volumes, and each volume after discount is around 10
dollars.
