QUite simply: Hari is one of the names of Lord Vishnu, the Sustainer of
the Universe in the Hindu trinity (Creator, Sustainer and Destroyer).
Krishna was one of the incarnations of Vishnu.
OM TAT SAT is a phrase or kind of mantra that is utter at the end of an
undertaking to purify the effort from all obstacles and errors. Literally
it means OM, the primal sound of manifestation, is the ontological ground
(SAT) of all empirical reality (TAT/that).
