Yatra to India
I am a writer, a story-teller and a musician born here in New York City
(Manhattan) I have traveled to India once before and am planning to
return next January. I intend to return to Calcutta and Varanasi and New
Delhi and to visit for the first time, in Rajastan. I am interested in
the possiblity of trading time with any Indians who may be coming to
visit here in New York City between now and next January. I can show
you the City of New York as New Yorkers see it and take you to places
that will never be in any guide book. As a well-known writer in the
community and a proffessional musician for twenty years I know the arts
scene intimately by virtue of having been a part of it all my life. I am
looking to meet with writers and painters and actors in all the cities
mentioned above. In Delhi I would like very much to meet people who know
Old Delhi and possibly someone who is knowledgeable about the Sufi
community. I am a yogi. In Varanasi I am especially looking for someone
who can take me or introduce me to an English speaking person who can
take me on the Panchatirthi Pilgrimage. If interested please respond
