In karma-yoga the work is dedicated towards God - whatever work it is, it
is the task that has been chosen for you by God. You attempt to reduce
the effect "I do" and simply concentrate on the task and the process of
doing the task. You may think about God, an image of God, or a mantra.
There's a story of an untouchable who achieved a great spiritual level
with the practice although he was a butcher.
