Before you make this suggestion, please note that this has
already been asked, and we were told that parallel groups
would not be allowed.

An analysis of the effect of moderation on traffic was already
performed some time back, and the archives will show that the
analysis was correct - the traffic at any given time is a very
much a function of the time between moderation cycles. To verify
this data, you can look in the SRH archives, or you can look
at the analysis itself, available at
