Namaskar,
Please note that while we do not have any explicit policy about cross
posting to other newsgroups, we do strongly recommend that the cross
posts be to relevent newsgroups only.
Usually, when you post to the moderated newsgroups, the moderator of the
first newsgroup listed gets your post, who may or may not, forward your
post to the subsequent moderators for approval. Almost all the
moderators do not have permission to post to other moderated newsgroups.
If your post reaches soc.religion.hindu first, since our software does
not have forwarding capability, either software or I will manually remove
all the moderated newsgroups from the Newsgroup lines. The software may
also truncate your Newsgroup line.
My recommendation is that you do not have more than 2-3 newsgroups on the
newsgroup line. Of course, you are free to separately post to any and
all the newsgroups you like. Just do not assume that SRH moderation
software will do the appropriate forwarding for you.
friendlier than many bot-moderated newsgroups which will outright reject
the posting for having more than one newsgroup on the Newsgroups: line of
your post :-)
regards,
Ajay Shah
