Just as INFO is know to stand for INFORMATION, elsewhere on Usenet I've seen
ANNOUNCE: for announcements
This shortens the subject line so that people with older newsreaders can see
more of what the article is about before clicking on it.
I.E., in the future, you may wish to promote the use of ANNOUNCE as a subject
header prefix rather than ANNOUNCEMENT.
