so nice of you to make such hornorable comments on two great
religions at one go. but the situation has nothing to do with
intra religious war. it is just a discussiion about the
adorable beliefs that usenet administration [whatever that means]
-- be it the Group Advice or n.a.n. moderator, or those silent
souls on the news groups -- has ,that: (1) "moderators own their
groups", (2) "moderators are mini dictators", (3) "moderators can
refuse to consent for a vote on any reorg proposal if they dont

and ofcourse, that our moderator of srh *refuses* to take a vote
