Where were those reasons given?  How do you have access to the

I think "vindictive" means the same as "vendetta-like" -- or doesn't
it?  But never mind.

I am not aware of any case where anyone has used ISKCON's name, as you
say, in connection with this reorg effort.  Many people, including
myself, who have no connection with ISKCON would not accept that.

Sadly, the rest of your misinformed tirade is predicated upon that one
false understanding:
