It looks to me like this study was tampering with two variables
at once and trying to draw more conclusions than it really should.

Were there other test groups that _just_ reduced fat intake
or _just_ practiced meditation? Also, what was the nature of the
yoga or meditation involved? After all, there are many forms of
meditation. For that matter, there are many types of fat; I don't
think you can compare 16 grams of hydrogenated lard (it really exists)
to 16 grams of canola oil.

While we're on the subject, does anybody know what happened to the
sci.med.nutrition reorg? Can anyone predict what will happen to it?
