Re: SRH Reorg FAQ
Hello,
In an eloquent manner, Ramakrishnan Balasubramanian <rbalasub@ecn.purdue.edu>
elucidated:

Then I await your RFD for the new moderated newsgroup soc.culture.hindu, the
group that is described AND NAMED in the charter for soc.religion.hindu -
which you won't have to change one letter of - I quote verbatim:
"This forum will also be different from soc.culture.indian (sci) because,
sci is more concerned with the issues affecting India, whereas
soc.culture.hindu will be of interest to the people from around the world
who are eager to learn about the Hindu dharma (religious philosophy + way
of life) and culture. "
Otherwise, I might be willing to consider your position if you could provide
some cultural posts from other soc.religion.* newsgroups. Maybe there are
some doogh recipes in soc.religion.islam ? :-)
Cheers,
Ken <*>
