That one person on the net would be Hinduism Today, wouldn't it?
After all, I didn't present my own opinions, but instead, quoted
verbatim from Hinduism Today.

So, are you claiming that Hinduism Today's explanation of how to
become a Hindu is flawed? If so, what does that say about all of their
other explanations, especially about things outside of their own
beliefs?

I need information, specifically:

a) does becoming a Hindu require payment of approx $900, as Hinduism
   Today states?
b) when one becomes a Hindu, does that person get no spiritual benefit
if they still use their former name, as Hinduism Today claims?
