To think Kerala used to be considered one of the most civilized parts of
India. It's pathetic that in 1996 the people of Kerala haven't followed
the rest of the world and thrown out these benighted socialists and their
failed schemes. I hope they have the guts to stand up against such
bureaucratic nonsense. (Which btw is probably aimed more against Muslims
who have gained a lot of political power lately rather than Hindus but is
worrysome nonetheless.)
