Thank you for following up.  Pardon me, but I must say that you have no
idea about the science of this subject.  It is impossible to discuss
science in vacuum.  Therefore, I will give a reference for you to read.
You will find the journal in any medical library.

1.	Maden et al., (1993) History of circumcision, medical conditions and
	sexual activity and risk of penile cancer.  J. Natl. Cancer Inst. 85(1)
	19-24. 


You should be able to understand this article. The authors have described
what epidemiologists have found, that there is at least one reported case
that cancer developed at the circumcison scar. But I won't tell you what
they really found, I will let you tell me what you think.
