Yes, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu took sannyas from an advaitin named Keshava
Bharati; this is definitely discussed in the Caitanya Caritamrita. However,
Keshava Bharati is not considered Mahaprabhu's primary guru -- that would be
Isvara Puri, from whom Chaitanya Mahaprabhu took spiritual initiation and
instruction in Gaya before starting the world sankirtan movement.
